does this look okay for a cutting diet??

15 / 25 / 15 - protein shake (1 serving) with 300ml milk w/ tablespoon flaxseed oil
36 / 14 / 14 - UP Omega 3 bread (2 slices) with peanut butter
?? / ?? / ?? - banana

after workout
15 / 45 / 04 - protein shake (2 servings) with 300ml milk

15 / 22 / 05 - chicken with this crumbed stuff
03 / 18 / 00 - 1/2 salmon tin

00 / 35 / 05 - either chicken or steak with vegetables

00 / 24 / 03 - 1 chicken breast

15 / 45 / 15 - protein shake (2 servings) with 300ml milk w/ tablespoon flaxseed oil

TOTALS
99 carbs / 239 protein / 61 fat
1900 calories


This is with weights 3x week
Cardio 5x week including running, swimming, jumprope
 
Looks good enough to lose some chub. Run it for a week or two and check the mirror. If you got no fat loss, take the "crumbly" stuff off the chicken and maybe drop the milk. Also, I'd take in more of your carbs post wo.
 
I would strongly recommend that you do not mix the fat and carbs in the same meal. In other words separate the maels so that you eat and protein and fat meal or a protein and carb meal, but never a protein carb and fat all at once. That will put your body in a state for depositing fat, and it's not something you want when cutting.
 
Question, doesn't protein have fats in them too? What do you mean by don't mix fats and carbs, normally i would eat peanut butter with my whole wheat bread, tuna on wheat crackers... please clarify
 
What they mean is you shpuld avoid eating fat with carbs, as they wrote. Protein is protein and do not have fats in them. Chickenbreats are not just protein but protein + fat. Proteinpowders are protein, some carbs and some fat. Avoid eating too much fat with carbs. It would be better to eat chicken + Flax seed oil in one meal and chicken and rice in another. Same thing with milk and fat. Fat free milk + carbs + protein would be ok, but protein + fat(oil or butter or whatever) + carbs would not be so good. Some think this way of eating is too extreme, but for me I just see it as a easier way of holding fat away or loosing fat faster, while gaining mass or maintaining your mass.

I never over do it. I never count in the fat that might be in the proteinshake, or bread or oatmeal or chickenbreast, it's already so very low. But I try never to eat fat food, even if the fat are good, like salmon with rice. I rather eat red meat or chicken or white fish with rice and take the salmon with veggies(mostly fibers and protein in them anyway).

In the beginning of a diet this is nothing one "have to" think of. But when you get down to that low bodyfat and would like to loose a few more % these tips and trix might be usefull. Good luck!

Also, always include low intensive cardio on an emty stomach in the morning, like before breakfast for an hour. Take some ECA or just caffein before and you will burn fat like never before. Do this a couple of days per week and you do not need to focus that much on the diet.

Also, I would change the proteinshake that you take before bedtime to something slower, like meat, or cottage cheese, chicken or fish. Remove the milk and add 2 teaspoons of omega3 fat and some fibers and you will get a Super slow protein meal that will prevent muscle loss.

I have no idea what you meant by this meal...
my meal: 2 cups steamed veggies
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil...6oz. chicken breast
