You take your sauce? I mean if you work out first thing in the am, is it ok to wait until later in the eve to take my dose? What about if you arent training that day and it happens to fall on a day you are suppose to shoot? Thanks bros.............

ok, first off, you always stick to your schedule no matter what. in other words, if you are shooting EOD, you shoot EOD. simple. no it doesnt matter when you shoot. it may matter to a small degree when using something like tren where you shoot ED or EOD.

you cycle steriods. they are not caffine pills you take just before a work out to give you energy for an hour

This seems like a very extreme newbie question, especially for someone with so many posts.

But.......

You do in fact have a very intersting point! When I was doing a prop cycle EOD injections, using the roid calculator, on injection days, amount of active steroid in blood was around 80% more than on non-injection days... which got me thinking!

I don't think it makes a difference like biceps said, but its an interesting subject, for instance, would you rather have a spike on rest days, when growth is fully occuring, or on training days when you want to antagonise cortisol and other stress hormones from the grilling you've just given your body in the gym.

However, if using AAS which have longer half lifes of 3 days, I wouldn't give it a second thought.

There was no flame in my post! I was pointing out how it may be concieved as a newbie question on a supeficial level, but it does in fact have a deeper and more complex answer than some may think.

PA - my fault bro - stressed to the gills here in the office.....thanks for the help......I'm using sus250 and deca....so, apparently it doen't matter what tiime, just the day.......I was always told you don't want to take it before bed because it just sits there.....kind of funny in hindsight......again, my apologies.......
