Well, all food products consist of fruit sugars. Fruit sugars are a combination of fructose and glucose.
R-ALA works by disposing of glucose. Either into the muscle or fat cells, or excretes it.
Fructose preferentialy refills liver glycogen. And you can only consume 50g in a 24 hour period. After that the extra fructose gets converted into tryglycerides i.e. fat R-ALA doesn't ameliorate that number..so consuming a lot of fruit will be detrimental for fat loss.
