Does forcing yourself to eat get easier?

I started forcing myself to eat healthy foods today when Im not hungry for bulking and it is hard as hell. Gross too. Does it get easier, cause its going to be a long few months if it doesnt!

its very hard to force feed for some ectomorphs they use vit b12 to stim appetite

im always hungry so its not an issue with me
 
Eat every 3-4 hours (simple meals) rather then binge eating...may make it easier to eat that way. Also consider protein shakes inbetween as well.

b12 shots or pills?

I chew too which is also an appetite suppressant.
Maybe I should quit.

Me too. If I slack off eating to try to lose a little fat handle, I lose it in the wrong places. Bi's and tri's are first to shrink it seems. Might be a mental thing. I up my cardio and eat more.
 
can you get b12 at a local pharmacy? and which dosage is reccomended? thanks. Oh, and I take it ectomorphs of of the sort that eat like birds? if so, that is me to a point. THIS WILL CHANGE!
 
Im not suggesting this but try EQ, im always hungry so maybe i didnt notice when i was on it.


edit EQ "may" cause serious anxiety causing your appetite to further plummet south

No it doesn't IMO. MRPs, protein powder and EFA oils help a lot. Try and keep and keep variety, cuz I'll tell you first hand you burn out at some point eating the same things over and over. And then you don't wanna eat shit.

what i mean to say is try EQ at your own risk, if you go KOOKOO while on it dont come crying to me lol
 
Cyproheptadine HCL does-used to come slaked with Dianabol (or vice versa however you look at it!)
Insulin also helps. Try not to eat when you go hypo and work down from there!

Thus It may help to eat sweet stuff instead of trying to eat healthy- Personally I find eating difficult, but if lacking in calories will get 3k per day from chocolate alone and I love custard slices and do-nuts. If you want to see what I look like log onto www.synergy-solutions.org.

Chemically though, Cyproheptadine will sort you out.

If you want to use b12 then use the injectable not the pills. The pills aren't very effective compared to the injectable version. You can find it for under 10 bucks for 250mL at vet sites.
 
I talked to a pharmacist yesterday and he said that there is really nothing that is an appetite stimulant, although pharmacists arent completely up to par with all of the current medicinal techniques and training.

What is EQ? I guess I could just get my lazy off around and look for info on it. . .so nm.

I cant help but hear of all these drugs that af-guys have on the site and be skeptical of them. Do they really work, or do some of these guys work for AF and just promote their products? Like p7 (although this one is not for hunger) and cyproheptadine, mehtoxy 7 and VPX.

it'll get easier bro, its hard at first if you're not used to eating every couple of hours, if your bulking though, its a lot easier because you've got a little leeway with what you can eat, just make sure its enough protein and carbs with every meal, the grill is your friend

eatting for me never gets easier for the long run so-to-speak...

when im about to begin a bulker, i really start focusing on my diet and feeding my body approx every 2 hours. Thats kinda like my "loading phase" i guess you could call it. Then I start my cycle and my body is kinda used to getting that fuel every 2 hours. Once the gear kicks in and my appetite goes through the roof, eatting is not an issue for me then. But when im off gear, i fuckin HATE trying to get my neccessary meals in each day. I just try and focus on getting enough protein that I dont stay catabolic very long...

Diet is the hardest thing for me, period. :jenscat

I eat so many eggs and so much chicken, I can understand them when they are clocking
