because some things just are...
Boach said:If so, why the hell does itchyness exist? It sucks and only makes me itch more. After a while, I scratch and it gets red and sometimes bleeds. What's up?

Why you ask? It's so that you could start a thread about it. A thread where we can talk about the problems of itchiness and how each of us deal with it. Personally, I try not to itch anything that is itchy, and I'll take a Claritin or Benadryl. That helps.

The word "itch" is not a verb. It is a noun. You can not itch something. You may be referring to scratching.

The purpose of everything in this world is to make its inhabitants suffer.
Name one thing in this world that doesn't make someone suffer.

Boach said:Puppies don't.
Warik said:Come on... I bet NO ONE can find something in this world that never makes at least one person suffer.

You seemed to be using itch as a verb in that sentence. Better go scratch it.
itch
v 1: scrape or rub as if to relieve itching [syn: rub, scratch] 2: have or perceive an itch
