Does everyone always asperate?

why NOT do it? it can't hurt.. it can only help. and yes I have hit a vein in my glutes before.. Usually I hit em in the quads but I do get em glutes once in a blue moon. why risk it?

I always aspirate. It's not like it takes an extreme amount of effort...

theres only one way for your friend to find out what not aspirating will do................ i hope thats not what it will come down to, for his sake.

i will leave it at this, its a highly uncomfortable thing, and could easily be avoided....................

i've rarely heard more ignorant words. it takes two seconds to f'n aspirate.... if you hit a vien you could be fucked... cant happen to you?

Hardly ever when using glutes, It's just to hard to self inject. But most all the time with quads and bi's. Sometimes I don't with delts.
