Does EP really under dose their products?

Been reading about this on my posts. Just finished my 28th say of nolva today running at 20/20/10/10 from a havoc 30/30/30/30 cycle. I didn't feel any shut down toward the end of the cycle, but now the last week of pct I've felt my sex drive a little bit low. Is this most likely placebo since my sex drive wasn't shot during the cycle?
