does eating all this food get easier...?

DZLS

damn, i just finished up meal 5, and i wasn't even hungry to begin with...

now i have to eat again at 8:30-9:00...

just finished up a carb meal, and will hit my last meal which will be a fat meal, and then have a protein shake around 12:45am before bed...

it doesn't seem like alot of food, but damn, it is alot to put down... :(

if you;re having trouble with apetite, id go to ag guys and get some inj b12. this will add more energy and give you more of an apetite during the day.

B-12 is an essential vitamin, but you can mix it with gear..ha.

after awhile of eating 6-7 meals a day, u develop a hunger, i think its hard for anyone at the start, but once your on track your body will adjust and say "mother fucker its time for feeding!!!!"

thezan

its not easy for me..but i just stick to a two hour schedule..also this sunday i tried to refeed and well i just lost the taste for french fries...which is good

i've been on a 6 meal schedule for quite some time, but just not near as many calories as i'm taking in now... probably about 65% of what i had been taking in...

i just finished meal 6, and was unable to finish my walnuts... damn they are bland as all fuck... :(

i got about 1/8 cup down before i quit...

we'll see how it goes the rest of the week...

damn.

Good luck bro!

I would imagine it'll get easier as your stomach "adapts."

Have you read over the old school bulking, there's some great foods to pack in the calories in the article.

You never stated your bulking, I belive I read somewhere that you are though.

i wouldn't classify it as "bulking", more of eating to gain muscle mass... I'm not trying to add any fat mass during this trial...

i want to have just enough surplus to support growth, but not an over surplus to be stored as fat...

i'm gonna keep this up for at least this week, and see how i've progressed by pics... if i see i am losing definition in my abs, i will start cutting back a hundred calories a day a week at a time...

if i do not lose definition, i will TRY and add a 100 calories a day a week at a time...

i need to find something else to go with the last meal...

are there any fruits that have a high fat and protien content, but no or low carbs...?

aren't avocados, high in fat...? i need something else other than these walnuts... i could do some string cheese, but that shit doesn't wow me either...

is there anything SWEET tasting i could add in here...? :(

oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda = GOOD

*edit*

nvm i read the high protein content thing, well you can always add a scoop of whey protein into it.

I do not have a big apitite to begin with and when I was trying to get 4000cals a day in over 6 meals i felt full ALL the time. It was hard at first to get it down. Within 2 weeks I started becoming hungrey all the time no matter how much I ate. It will get easier then it will get hard not to eat EVERYTHING.

Gotcha... nice. You look like an endo/meso... I think i'm an endo/meso too, I hear you about the fat storage if so.

So eating very cleanly slightly above maintance calories is what you're going for.... I hope this workouts out for ya! Cuz i'll do the same when i'm ready to bulk again :)

Not only does it get easier but i feel like since i started buling late last summer throughout the entire year i feel like i now need 5-6 meals a day period no matter what it is just to feel normal or to combat hunger pains. I started at 175 or so dropped down to 163 and now sit at 180 and feel weak and sick at anything below this weight. All meals are clean no soda and minimal carbs.

well, i'm not feeling as full throughout the day, but that last meal is still kicking my ass... 8oz lean ground beef, with 1 serving of sugar snap peas with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, and a 1/4 cup of walnuts...

so i've decided to drop to one 4 oz burger, and add 8.5oz of a Muscle Milk... we'll see how this works out...

the walnuts are like chewing on cardboard... :(

i don't think i could stand choking down 2 Tbsp of it...

but i do have some at home... maybe i'll give that a try... good fats in there too...

thanks for the suggestion... i totally forgot about it...

If you lightly toast the walnuts with a little spray on pam it gives them more of a "nuttier" taste. Almonds and cashews taste better I think and have similar fatty acids.

Well, I get it down with about 1 L of water, that or I eat Raw Almonds. They have flavored Almonds (i.e. Sassy (hot) Buttered, etc) that have more sodium but same Macro's as the Raw ... better for the 'taste' I suppose.

IMPO, if your water intake is decent, I don't think you'd have to worry about sodium content for this last meal if you wanna change things up a bit (re: Flavored Almonds), since you are 'bulking' and want something that tastes like flavored cardboard as opposed to plain ole cardboard ...

;)

i'll look for some almonds next time i hit WalMart... I'm gonna try and choke down these walnuts though... i paid $3 for the bag, i'm not going to toss them...

maybe i'll try the above mentioned toasting of the walnuts to make 'em a little "nuttier"...

Ya, that was a good suggestion. Here's a link for the brand I was referring to with the 6 different types http://www.almondmunchies.com/

And if you're not dieting, some no carb maple syrup (or regular) gives the walnuts a little better taste. Honey too. Those flavored almonds are awesome though if you can get them.

Walnuts actually have the highest Omega 3:6 ratio of any nut.

how in heaven's name ANYONE has issues with ANPB...my god, I could eat the entire jar in one sitting

*Swoons* I love the shit. hardest part about it is NOT eating too much of the stuff.

well, i'm just not a PB fan...

it's not too bad, but once it's refridgerated, it gets kinda meh...

You tried some flax oil? I just recently started using it. 1 Tablespoon = 110 cals 11grams of fat. Goes down fast and easy. Loaded with the omega 3's and 6's. Two quick tablespoons with protein shake will give you some extra calories and the fats you want. Just an idea.......

I'm with you. I can't at all relate to his problems chugging down walnuts, peanuts, almonds, etc.

And can't relate to the eating problem either. Exactly the opposite actually.

Grab yourself a jar of ANPB and go to town.........usually, no big eaters just dont how to prepare awesome tasting food!
