Yep, same thing as with finasteride, except moreso. Can also promote gyno and lowered libido.

Whether your taking finasteride and/or dutasteride make sure to take it at night before going to bed, since some people have claimed their workouts have suffered when taking it during day hours .........................

No I have a full, thick head of hair. I've found less drastic ways to keep my hair while using gear. I've seen some studies published on dutasteride, and it's consequences seem way too extreme for me. I like my libido, and I don't want to be at higher risk for gyno. Studies have shown that both type 1 and 2 5ar were drastically reduced a year after discontinuing dutasteride. This may save your hair if you don't use deca, but it could also have devastating consequences in other areas of physiological functioning.

I am curious about this also, I see that finasterida and the likes are DHT (blockers?) or something, so does that mean they block the productivity of DHT based steroids? Like tren?

Dht is essential for libido, vigor, strength, mood, muscle hardening, etc. I really don't think it's a good idea to reduce dht systemically; especially not when you can do it locally with azeleic acid. Go to xandrox.com and check out the xandrox w/5% minoxidol and azeleic acid. I use that just in the front so that it lasts for awhile, and the rest of my scalp I use just plain minoxidil 5%. You can get 3 bottles at Walmart for $20. I basically use it as gel. Get a sponge tip aplicator when you get the xandrox to put your regular minoxidil in. Use the dropper with the xandrox for the front of your scalp, and rub the sponge tip applicator with the normal minoxidil over the rest of your scalp. I also use nioxin shampoo and conditioner 2 days on and 1 day off, and nizoral on the 1 day off. I have tons of hair! You can also take Saw Palmetto. Studies have shown that is does have some effect, but its effect is more of a regulator/blocker effect than an inhibitor. In my opinion, that is what you want anyway.

Yea I no longer use finasteride or dutasteride. They kill my libido and make me depressed. I swear finasteride has had some effect on my gains too. I'm very prone to hairloss but xandrox and nizoral have worked great for me.

I would be more worried about losing muscle hardness vigor and strength. How big of an effect will it have on that stuff. Like right now im perfectly fine on finasteride but I don't know how big of a jump dutasteride will be.

Well like Mendo said, it seems to have a negative effect on gains. I noticed the same thing when I tried it for about a month. I felt like a weak, depressed little pussy.

I want to clarify that finasteride is what I took; I haven't tried dutasteride. An AI might help with estrogen, but you will still have low dht levels.

i found a good way to keep my libido up while im on duta using 3-4 grams of bulgarian tribulus day.i this way my libido is still great otherwise it will be shit.
