Does DNP give you guys a headache?

I don't know if Im just tired, or if its the DNP thats giving me a headache.

dnp gave me headaches at 600 per day, 400 or less no problems.

200mg....Im gonna do I think 400mg per day for like 10 or so days....maybe go up to 600 after the first few days if the heats not too bad....Im at around 9% bf right now, I want to drop a few points after its all said and done....

Same here, in both aspects....

I got headaches when I would get dehydrated or running low on electrolytes.

You would be suprised at just how much you really need to drink.
