I usually take creatine post bulking cycles and find it quite
beneficial in keeping my strength up and minimizing a crash.
However, this time I just finished a cutting cycle, and since I am
currently pretty rip and vascular, I don't want to loose my
vascularity and definition.
It is know that creatine cause water retension,however, are we
talking about muscular muscle water volumization ? Or
also about sub-q water and bloat? The last thing I want right
now is to loose my abs and look bloated. I don't care if it's
water or fat, it looks the same visually. Will creatine put my
definion in jeopardy ?
