ok i started using clen, used it twice before. this time though its been a week and i take 100mgs in the morn i workout in the afternoon and at night whatever body part i worked cramps like hell. the next few days after i lift that body part is sore as hell and im never sore. i havent changed anything in the way i lift so i believe it is the clen. i never had clen do this to me before so i was wondering if u guys think its from it? is there anything i can take to combat the sides? if not i think im gonna stop the clen. im on day 5 now.........thanks
