i think its works alittle better than ECA or NYC..... going to try t-rex and we'll see how that compares
 
I have decided that it isn't worth it for me. I have used it in my last 3 competitions but didn't this year and I am just as lean if not leaner than I ever have been and I feel better than I ever have for being less than one week away from a show. - cbeaks
 
i will find out

i start on clen and t-3 tomorrow so we wil see if all is well.i let you know on the progress and hopefully in about 5 weeks i will have finished the last of the details on my cutting.that will be a total of 20 weeks i been cutting and i am looking foward to the end.
 
i have see n the best results using spiropent it is by far the most superior of them all..........if clen is used right it can be a great fat burner
eat clean cardio train hard and sleep
 
It made me feel like shit. How do you guys deal with that?? I really didnt notice that much difference and yes my diet was dead on. I really cant remember how I did it either, seems like it was 2 weeks on 1 week off. Maybe I was doing it wrong.
 
Clen works great for me with very minimal sides, but the rebound effect hits me pretty hard. I lose a bunch of fat while running it but I gain it back extremely fast when I'm done.
 
Liquid Research brand clen worked great for me. You have to be careful though because its really concentrated (125mcg/ml)
 
I used the Liquid as well, 1 full pump 2x a day.....worked OK with a clean diet, but I have to agree with DeepzenPill, the rebound was CRAZY....
 
i love clen. run it at 200mcg for two weeks straight in a 12 week cutting cycle. course, i should try this to see the difference without clen:

Just a suggestion to those considering clen use: Do LOTS of cardio post cycle or run low dose T3. Using clenbuterol for a prolonged period of time will stop the conversion of T4 into T3, so this will cause a rebound effect in many people, and of course one of the above will combat this to a degree.
