Does CEE have it's place in a cutter diet?

The stuffs costing me approx £12 a month. (Using for 1 month, then taking time off)

6 tablets a day, that's 3g I believe.

I feel the benefits off it, but to me, Creatine's always been a thing for bulking.

Will it help me maintain?

Do you rate CEE or prefer Monohydrate?
 
CEE for me is better than monohydrate.
I'm cutting right now, and Its no big deal.. Just UP your h2o intake.. and lots of cardio

i do cardio in AM and then after my evening workout.
starting to lose some serious

I like CEE great for cutting. I'm using platinumlabz.com CEE right now and I'm pleased,,, 240 caps is only $15-16
 
Do any of you guys use the CEE powder from Custom Capsule? If so, what do you mix it with... and how much do you take? this powder tastes horrible !! but im sure it works
 
That's why I get mine in tablets. You pay extra but CEE or monohydrate tastes awful no matter what you mix it with.

I used to mix it with lime juice (like juice or cordial) and it was just about bareable.

Tablets are the way for me though. 0.5g each, taste like shit but go down a treat. 6 a day. 3 in the morning upon awakening (8am). 3 when I get home at 6(pm)

AGREED monohydrate makes me sick as a dog .. so its cee or nothing lol
 
Thought i'd jumpstart this thread again for an interesting question ...


I've currently been taking 3g of CEE daily.

My supply lasted me a month (£12 - not bad at all)

But now it's over, and I'm sure gonna miss that stuff.

How long should I take off - When can I get those crazy pumps back?

Is it possible to use for more than a month... what's the max?
