Several of the bigger guys at my gym have told me that I'll make myself weaker by doing cardio. Is that true? I just started a four month mass building cycle at the beginning of this week. However, I can't stand this flab that I still have. I have some lovehandles and some softness on the undersides of my chest. Other than that, I'm pretty solid. I assumed that I'd still need to do cardio (running or biking) about 3 times a week. If I do that, will it affect my mass program? I know that theoretically you can't cut and build mass at the same time, but I can't stand this flab. What do you guys suggest?
