Does Bromo combat all gyno, or on from certain AAS's?

Is Bromo a general anti-gyno approach, or only for gyno influenced by specific AAS's like fina, etc.?

It is used for AS's that exhibit prolactin induced sides such as fina, decca and possibly ad50.
