Does Baking take out potency of sus?

I just baked a bottle of tokyyo sus at 250 for 15 minutes then redid the same later that evening. This is to take out the alcohol by putting a loader needle in the top for the alcohol to escape from. Will this in any way effect the potency of my sus?
