Does anyone use clen anymore?

Seems like no on uses it. I know for a while a bunch of people used it and now that sesapure, glucerall, t-rex etc, etc, is becoming more popular it has seemed to go away. Am I the only one who sees this? Does anyone still use the stuff?
 
of course, clen + T3, ECA+T3, albuterol + T3 and so on, bro clen is very popular...
 
Ive had one run with clen for about 2 weeks, mild doses up to about 100mcg at max. My experience is that it didn't do anything more than regular thermos such as Trex or Cardio Breeze, if even that great of results. It made me really tired all the time. I work 12 hour nites, and I noticed if I took it in the afternoon before work I would get tired and sleepy as hell before I got off work at 7AM. made me feel overall shitty and weak. And after a little hype about Cardiac Tissue being destroyed, I'm sold that its not worth it IMO, and you can have the results you want through diet and cardio. Just gotta keep going even when you feel like your gains have stopped and you plateaud.

I've heard that numerous times....thats what I was trying to get at. Now that I see it written.

There are people out there who don't respond to clenbuterol in the usual way (shaking etc..). Bad CNS response... I've known guys who can sleep after taking clen, but they are still getting the results. It's subjective bro, now you have options like Albuterol and ECA which you can cycle with your T3 to get some good results.

Some inlinks there you can read...especially albuterol. Lots of guys who don't like clen are switching to alb.
 
1 or 2 12 day runs in between ECA or Hydroxycut Hardcore or Thermorexin type weightloss aids works wonders.

but yeah, makes me weak, strength goes way down on lifts blah.
 
Actually i havent used it for some years. We use to run 2days on 1 off for 6 weeks. Im just about to run it again with my new cycle.whats considered to be the best/new way to run it?

wait a minute, I've read it's actually anabolic and that lifts stay the same if not increase slightly? Are the bad results people get with clen the result of poor diet? I can see how taking a powerful stimulant along with poor eating can do alot of damage. I'm not planning on altering my diet much with clen......I'm always on a lean gainer diet anyway, but I'm still taking in the calories.

animal studies show it to be anabolic (or at least anti-catabolic), but there's been conflicting human studies. also, I'm a natural ectomorph and from reading posts (not studies) seems that meso's and endo's keep more strength on clen than ectos do.
 
im just starting 200 mcg...6 weeks 3 days on 3 days off supposively you can run it forever at this dose at that many days on and off...guess ill find out

starting at 200mcg is insane bro. maybe you have a high tolerance, but even then thats a little high. i started with 20mcg my first run, and at 60-80mcg, I would get rapid heartbeat within 20mins of my dose. and i dont think you should run it at that type of dose and schedule, that would be hell on your heart if you ran it "forever", gluck bro. take all your ancillaries with it.

it made me weak as hell also. I hate that effect of it.

you may want to read the studies on clens effects on the heart.......thats why I no longer use it. I agree with GI 200 mcg is just plain crazy. I knew someone that took that dose on accident once (failed to read the dosing on a new bottle) he has not touched clen since.......thought he was going to die, almost called 911. Good luck

ya i remember a story on that a while back when clen was getting hyped up. i cant imagine 200, cuz at 100 my heart would pound although after about 3 days of the dose, the rapid heartbeat wasn't as bad. either way def not worth risking heart problems. im glad i figured that out just after 1 low dose run with it.
 
Clen was great 20 years ago. There are just better options now. I used clen as recently as last year. I don't like getting tired so that I end up having to use Trex anyway just to get through the day. What for? Clen is no better than Thermorexin or SesaPure/Glucorell at losing fat. Even very large old timers like Mike Miller will atest to that.
 
guessi should of added this in before...its drops at 200 mcg's a ml so id be starting off at around .25 moving my way to .5
 
how about running it at 20mcg.......with a couple days off a week, still solid? And will it affect your lifting at that dose?

potassium 800-1200mg spread out
magnesium 600-800mg
taurine 3-5 grams
