Does anyone smoke cigarettes or cigars while on?

cigars... 4 a month.. more in the spring and fall...

cigs would probably affect cardio and uptake of nutrients?? but that's beyond me..

Cigars. A couple a week. Especially when the weather warms up. Like smoking outside on the deck. Don't want to stink the house up anyway. No way this small amount affects you, as long as you don't smoke right before your woorkout.
 
Fuck that shit, waste of fuckin time, why would any body waste their health and money on that shit.

Oh thats right, to look cool. when ya was young.
 
I try to keep my cigar smoking to a minimum but I love those little bastards.
1 or 2 per month.
I doubt that smoking one a week is going to do any permanent damage to your lungs.

LOL If you area serious lifter then you eat, sleep, breath and live health , Smoking just a little bit does affect you. As far as ciggars go most people dont inhale which kinda doesnt make since, but if you do inhale then yes it 100% does affect your body just like if you take a small does of steriods, even though its small it will affect you.

If you try to inhale with a cigar you will puke your guts out. Its more of an aquired taste thing. I'm not looking to compete so a little vice is of no concern to me.
 
What about bud, weed, dank, marijuana? I smoke it everyday. I smoke good stuff though. Usually only need about 4 hits a day.

I think it helps. Helps me to not kill people. JK. It does level me out though. I do get kinda hype some times.
 
Cigars only a couple a month max and I do inhale them.They do tend to curb my appetite so yes in a small way they affect my gains when bulking but come in handy when dropping bf.

ahhh yes, i remember when i was 14 and my father let me smoke my first romeo. def coughed my lungs out but it was well worth it. my friends call me the cigar connoisseur. thanks pops

no.........

off....i smoke cigarettes when i go out and drink, which is not that often. it's very difficult to have a drink and not have a smoke with it.
