does anyone skip

i dont mean like in the park like young girls. i mean like mike tyson and ali. anyone skip during cutting cycles or even during bulking cycles for cardio.
 
You mean Jump rope, well i did last year. I would 20 minutes first thing in the morning, worked real well for me.

Actually the best fat burning exercise is interval training applied to cardio. That is, you run at high intensity for short periods of time, then you slow down and back again. More intensity=more fat burned

Totaly agree, i do Intervals on 30second Full (all out) intesity, then 30second low intensity, repeat over for a total of 25-30 mins.
first 2 mins warm up, last 2 mins cooldown
