does anyone know if probation tests test 4 gear

i have a friend who got into training while in jail and really wants to go on but isnt sure if he is tested for it while on probation. he lives in lousiana(if that makes a difference) if any one has any knowledge please share

He will only be tested if arrested for steroids. If he gains alot of mass in a short time they might get suspiciuos and test for steroids, so tell him to be careful!
