So many requirements out there, the most important being the need for your company and products to be in comformity with FDA/ISO/other standards and protocols as per your country.
Depending on whether you need to sell this within the country, or export it, your products should meet standards od packaging/safety as per FDA/ISO/other organizations in your country.
You have some research on your hands, but this is a very delicate issue and consider the above info only as a starting point for your research.

Hmmmm I don't think it's an issue on your side, you just need to get endorsment from the compay who makes the product to allow you to sell it. I'm sure everything in the product in all natual~ I don't think it's an issue. Jeff or Omega would be the guys to ask for sure.

they are a heavy duty disinfectant/cleaner/etc....for medical, dental, vet, etc fields

the distributor license is the one you are wanting, and those are regulated by state law, and the manufacturer..
