Was kind of dissapointed with it.. strength and size gains were decent, but the lethargy was intolerable.. what good is a workout if you feel like your gonna fall asleep during it? I even added an eca to try and up energy, but still was tired. Gained lots of water weight that i lost at the end and lost a good deal of strength too. I did do two, two week cycles of VPX MAD 250 and had fantastic results with that. Some people on the vpx discussion board claimed they had good luck running both M1t and MAD at the same time at half suggested dose. If i did it again thats prolly what I would do.
