I think it helps with healing too.
My grandmother gets b12 shots every month. She swears that that is why she is still thin and working at 75.
I was vegan for like a decade - almost no b12.
My skin was great but my energy wasn't so good.
I have no idea what b5 is for and I am not going to google it for you.

Go to a damn doctor. They'll give you b12 shots like it was nothing. Again, I don't know about b5.
