WHO WORKS OUT AT VENICE BEACH? I MEAN AT ANY GYM THERE?

well bro alot of times people get golds gym and muscle beach mixed up, muscle beach is the one on the venice boardwalk called the pit, and golds is over in venice like 2 blocks from the beach, I work out there along with 20 current top Ifbb pros, not many people or pros workout at the pit anymore, cause back in the late 80s alot of people just stood around asking the bbers about drugs and how their bodies get so big and like they are, so they just quit going cause it was a spectacle.......anything else you want to know just ask!

I work out at Gold's Venice sometimes... was there for almost 10 years... and used to work out at the pit on the boardwalk pretty often. I like working out at the pit. You forget the people are watching you really fast. Three times a year they put on local bodybuilding shows there... a couple pros usually show up for it... but more importantly the old time crowd from the hey day of Muscle Beach often come... and when you see a really beefy old guy back stage wearing a bandana... walk up and shake his hand... that's Kent Kuehn... Arnold's old work out partner.

The vibe in Venice is the best in the world for training. I've never lived anywhere else that came close.

i wish i could lift at gold's venice. that would be so fucking awesome. too bad i'm too far and don't even have a car 'cause i'm not a kid of some rich ass parents like other kids at my school.

I moved out of LA last year but used to train at Gold's Venice. It was always inspiring going in there. I miss some of the equipment too.
