Does anybody know how to set up a home network connection

...with multiple computers wired to a router?

I have the router but don't know how to set it up. Any infor is much appreciated.

whats the name of the router you will be using? and homenetworking is like setting up printers and stuff. Your just looking to get broadband right

Router is D-Link DI-524 yes i have broad band but it isnt workign until i set this network system up/

that thing is wireless G and B, plus has 4 ethernet ports.

Now, what do you want to do? How many computers, printers?. Do they all have wireless cards?

You'll need first to connect an ethernet cable between a computer and the router. To be able to make a connexion to a 192.168.0.1 address on the router, you'll need first to be on a compatible address with the computer although you may be able to achieve this automatically if using DHCP.
