When i sleep My Arms fall asleep, sometimes my legs. While at work i've had my legs fall asleep while sitting down. What is up with this? Is this cause from being on a cycle?

when I am deep into a cycle using gh my arms frequently fall asleep while I am sleeping never my legs though

When I am on cycle I notice that my legs fall asleep alot. I have heard from many people that it is due to poor blood circulation. I have also heard that taking an aspirin everyday will help keep this from happening as often.

The idea of limbs "falling asleep" is not due to reduction in circulation, but from a nerve being pressed against a hard object generally a large bone. This condition is known as neuropraxia.

I get this alot during sleep, when my head is rested on my arm, and I often cannot even move my fingers for a minute or two.

I don't rest my head on my arms that has happen to me before though. I'll just be lying there, or even sitting down.

On reg gear cycles this never happened to me, but the minute i threw GH in the mix i would constantly get tingly fingers and hands when i fell asleep, it would be so bad that it would wake me out of bed , never from gear, but def from GH for me....

shit, i thought i was the only one! my arms "fall asleep" just about every night. i am glad to see i am not alone-i thought there might be something wrong

My arms fall asleep if I sleep on my stomach. Sometimes its so bad I have a difficult time turning over. I just flail around until I flop myself over and my arms can get back to normal.
