If you want to create a sudden spike in test levels, you'd be better off with HCG.

It can raise test levels within 3-5 hours and then has another effect that kicks-in in 2-3 days.

If you need a world-class sex performance, do this:

2,000 units HCG / day for 3 days prior
clomid (check dose) for 5-7 days prior
cialis 1 full day before, then a 50% "bump" dose the day of play
