turn the ringer down or off on your phone when you go to sleep?

I usually turn the ringer off unless I'm expecting a phone call that I need to attend to as soon as the person calls (otherwise I'd just let them leave a message & call them back later). I can't stand when someone calls and wakes me up in the morning.

I used to. My current phone doesn't have that option. Unfortunately. In fact, I usually had the ringer off at all times in my bedroom. I hate being in my bedroom and hearing the phone ring, because usually when I'm in there I don't want to be disturbed.

No..i keep both cell and home phone next to my head incase husband calls from iraq. I have a lot of friends with issues, who feel the need to call me in the middle of the night as well. I do not mind..love to help people!

I sleep like a baby, it's in my room, but I never wake up to it. I have to either wake up naturally, or set my alarm on full blast volume to get up.
