The mere fact that all the necessary evidence necessary was found with them is suspicious enough.

Anyone in law enforcement knows that there is hardly ever an open and shut case.

Also, I guess they found these guys in two other occasions(Sleeping somewhere again) The cop ran the plates and left it alone because the plates were clean and they were looking for a white van still.

Actually, it makes some sense that the evidence would play out that way....here's why:

These guys were meticulously organized, and consistent. This allowed them to elude capture for some time, but when they were caught, it is expected that all the ducks would line up in a row. They fucked up, and once something cracked, it all fell apart. In order for NO ONE to know ANYTHING about the biggest story in the US for 3 weeks, everything would have to be self contained.

It is when criminals are undisciplined and sloppy (99.99999999% of them) that evidence is haphazard.

Just something to think about. A good conspraicy is always better than "2 fuck ups shooting people" but let;s live in reality this time.
