well you have to define evil. but yes, i believe evil resides on the darkside, it is the natural pathway just like disorder is in mother nature. we must put things in order constantly to avoid disorder just as we must put good in front of evil. under the correct circumstances, which are different for everyone, you are capable of the same things.

Overall? No. I think it depends on the situation and the person. For those that are looting food or essential items (clothing, tolietries) they aren't doing that because they are evil. It's necessity. They have to have those things. But anyone who's out there stealing electronics or beer is just plain fucked up.
