i does not only eliminates the water, but by crushing the estrogen build-up it prevents or minimizes the fat gains in the first place (estrogen is lipogenic).

yes- it does make you leaner(less fat not just water)- at least leaner than you would be without it.
for the reasons stated above---- A2 and estrogen interaction.
