I remember! My first shot was left shoulder too, had the shakes at first but I was suprised how painless it was.. Then I had the worst pip ever, due to the crappy ug lab I was using, that hurt.

First shot- 250mg Test E right thigh.

No pain whatsoever during shot. Next day was a little tense, the next 2 days after that though felt like I had the worst case of DOMS ever in my thigh.

Some whack ass testosterone blend similar to sust. Hurt like a mother.. put me out of action. I did a few more shots in the glute absolutely disabled me lol so I ordered some schering testoviron that was much nicer what a relief

Injected super slow - no problemo.

I do remember. It was painless. I had dreaded doing it and then found out it was
easy and painless,,,then never looked back.
