Do you post on Elite from work, home, or where?

i post from raina's shoulders. she claims i'm not heavy, and that the indents on her traps are just muscle development... but i'm more sure it's the ferrets.

GT,

How did you ever decide to supplement with the BCAA'S? What brand were they?

Been trying to cut and I've been upping the cardio somewhat. I've been compensating for the catabolism as best I can with glutamine, but BCAAs were recommended as well. I didn't really plan on getting any, but I was in a Hi Health here in AZ and they had a two for one thing going on their house brand, so I picked some up....$28 or so for two 60-tab bottles.

I don't really take a lot of supps; multis, anti-ox/ala, protein, that's about it. But I've always heard that amino acids can be a help while cutting. I'm sure you could find them just about anywhere at a decent price.

Yeah, I've heard BCAA's are helpful when cutting but I have no firsthand experience using them.

Just increase the frequency of your meals, keep your carbs low, and (if you can) do morning cardio on an empty stomach. Morning cardio really helped me in the past. Sugars and starches are sabotage to any cutting program. You can use an ECA stack but I don't think the sides are worth it.

Also water, water, and more water.

Hell, why am I telling you this? You already know all of it. :)

Good luck with it. The hardest thing about cutting is the mental toughness...you need to stay strict with your diet and making yourself hit the gym even when glycogen stores are low from reduced carbs.

Let me know how you're coming along.

Always at work. I'm paid jack shit to be a warm body, so that's what I act like. The cool thing is, it's not against the rules. In fact, I sit at a desk in plain view of my boss and everybody.
you must work for the government, as i do!!!!

...This is not a lifetime career, just for the record. [/B][/QUOTE]that's what i said 16 years ago!!

Yeah, I know the drill unfortunately. I can't believe I used think that going to the gym would be tougher than dieting.....ah to be young and dumb again.

Will be talkin' to ya bud. Good weekend.

Mostly home....but sometimes work. Working at a hospital doesn't allow me much 'computer' time...but I've gotten to where I don't post much at all anymore.
