The biggest I have been is 256 at 5'10" and 7% bodyfat. I am currently around 2% bodyfat at 230 pounds and 4 days away from a contest. My face does bloat up pretty easily now. I'm gonna give some yohimburn a try this offseason to keep that chiseled face. - cbeaks
