Using a sterile oil solution to inject in your muslces is the same thing as having a sterile abscess in your muscle. Your body will wall it off so that it has a calcium fibrous coating surrounding the injected sterile oil, which is why the muscle always appears to be flexed. It will also show up as a white ball on a radiograph due to the calcium coating.
