Do you keep a clean diet?

not lately ive been eating terrible
 
yeah i do. im dedicated and i got an iron will.

i use tricks like cheating day, eating every 2 hours, drinking alot of water etc to redce my cravings.
 
Here's the only tip you will ever need: Deal with it and be strong.

That's it. forget all the bullshit and forget trying to trick yourself. just deal with it and be strong. it ain't easy, but it ain't supposed to be either.
 
Yeah and grocery shopping is torturous. THose damn doritos look so good.
 
I eat clean. I rarely go out to eat either. I love clean food. The more you have the more your body wants it.
When I am really stressed out I can hear all the Swedish Fish in the world calling my name though.

Ha! Try doing it when you are the ONLY one on a tight, clean diet in your house. I still have to buy snacky foods for the kids and keep MILK and BREAD in the house but outta my piehole.

I drew the line at Froot Loops though. They are the debil.

How's the weather there? Cold and rainy here in Dallas. It went from 90 degrees wednesday to the low 50's the next day. Only in Texas.

Why don't you just get foods that kids like but aren't too unhealthy. Like Cheerios.

Not for me. Not until I make my goal. :) That is the main reason I planned my cheats this month fo the 15th (school carnival) and the 31st (raiding the kid's halloween candy). LOL.

Their snacks are healthy: fruit, yogurt, Cheerios, Life, graham snacks, and unsweetened applesauce. I have to keep 1% and whole milk and wheat bread in the house for them as well. Most of that I can avoid. I really don't get overwhelming cravings very often.
 
yeah, generally. my cheat foods arent too bad...really i just have a little extra protein rich food or something. like some n00b said above, be strong...and also...not having it in your house kinda helps ;)

Like I said in your other thread, if you have a craving for something bad, just force yourself to eat something healthy. The craving should go away. Got to fight it.
 
I can eat very clean about 75% of the week, but it's that 25% where I falter that negates any progress from the healthy eating I did.

Actually you said "force yourself to eat something UNhealthy" which is why I replied that was not an option. :lmao: I was wondering at that reply. LOL
