Do you increase the dosage of test for ur next cycle or add/stack another compound? I'm kind of curious, which is better. Do you get more benefits from more test or from stacking? Whats your thoughts and experience?

+1 there are great reasons to do a complex stack--and there are just as many to stick to just one--it all depends on what you want to gain from the cycle.
 
Really depends on what you are trying to accomplish, bulking or leaning? When stacking formulate it according to your desired goal. Research and ask before you go putting something in your body that a big dude from the gym said would get you fahkin' huge dude.

If have done a lot of stacks and are starting to use a high dose of test can be beneficial just add another compound and lower test and will get very good results many compounds work together in a positive way to help get better results than just a single compound be it test or anything else for that matter

Megadosing will lead to many health problems... Unless your trying to rival phil heath, and have perfect genetics, no job, and a golden spoon, hang it up... Keep it simple and with hard work and training, you will get noticable gains that will turn heads...

1. the more AAS you run the less effective it will be. do i have concrete evidence proving this? NO i don't. but I believe this to be true as do many vets on here. and there is plenty of evidence out there that the body will adjust to higher dosages. in other words if you start running 2 grams of gear, then don't expect next cycle to get the most out of 500mg.

2. changing up what you take, changing up the brand, changing up the ester. this seems to work well rather then running the same exact thing over and over and over again. do i have concrete evidence proving this? NO i don't. but again i believe this to be true from personal experience. it seems to be common sense though, the body will get used to anything
 
Can compare it to a weight lifting program u switch it up vs always just adding more and you will continue to grow
