In some ways it is beneficial to you. Because chances are, if you give someone a second chance after burning you, they will just do it again. Eventually. People never change.

I can't say I hold grudges, except towards maybe one person. However, the rest of the people, when I reach the last straw with them, I tell them point blank "ok... this is how it is... " And I stick with it. It is not so much a grudge as it is total ignoring of their existence.

I kinda still hold a grudge with someone. It's not like i want to kill someone or anything. But i still hate what this guy did and some things he said on his website. I felt some of the things he said were very immature. But we all say immature things sometime. Anyways i still do hold a small grudge with the person. But sometimes i think fuck it and let it slide. As the motto says "Life's a bitch and then you die".

I don't know if I would call it holding a grudge. But, I do not let many people into my "inner circle". If I do it's usually for life. But if they try to do me wrong, then they are as good as dead to me.

There are some people I avoid in life because I know they bring out the worst in me. But I try not to hold grudges because if you're consumed with that kind of anger/negativity you tend to not appreciate all the good in your life.

I always hold grudges if the person did something moronic. I have little tolerance for backstabbers and theives.
