My ebay rating is only 97.6 , yet Id say I take better care of people than some with higher ratings. I got knocked by a few retards, for example I got hit negative by someone that wanted something sent frieght, even though the aution stated it was for pick up only. Then she got mad so I agreed to it, and my freight quotes were like $100.00 more than what she was getting-from the same fucking place so I told her to just forget it. THat was negative #1.
neg#2. came from some asshole that I sent payment to, but lost it in his fucking pile of paperwork, and sent me an email he didnt get it and I was out of sate and by the time I got back he lost his cool and marked me as no pay. Then he fucking found it.
neg#3. Came from some dildo that claims he never got an item, and I know I shipped it and have receipts. Out of hundreds of shipments, it's the first that has ever got lost. Thank god it was only a $20.00 item. So instead of emailing me to see if I had shipped it, he just doled out neg. #3.
neg#4: a get even negative, because I gave them negative for being the dumbass of the year. Heres what happened: He won an item, so I invoice him with the amount INCLUDING the total with shipping. There was a convenient paypal link. He emails me after 5 days and tells me he sent paypal, he thought, but didnt know the shipping amount. "What should I do now" he says. fucking tard. I never got the payment, and wrote him back twice with no response. After 15 days I hit him with neg, then he hit me back. Fuckhead.
So you see, just because someone has a lower rating doesn't mean you'll get better service. My biggest sales have gone to "0" buyers. And then if you verify some of their complaints, the asshole will always lie about it and make it look like it was totally you. The feedback system is definetely not fool proof, however a feedback with lots of negs. should be a good indication. Just a few dont mean shit.
