and what do you do with a humans hand writting? i get the fact that they could be worth money, but why are they? isnt that like you worshipping someone? somones signature is worth something to you....i just dont get it, why would you want another person hand writting....

if i were to give you my signature you would throw it away, but if i was on tv, you would keep it....it just doesnt ad up...someone explain

no i dont .. i wouldnt mind having a few that i knew would gain value over the years .. then sell them down the road

I have Nasser el Sonbaty's, Lee & Cathy Priests, Timea Majorova's, Ed Cornyes, and a few other body builder and fitness girls autographed pics that I picked up at shows. Its not so much about worshiping them. Its more motivational. I'll hang them in my home gym when the remodel is finished.

I looked everywhere for the 98 skybox autographics Randy Moss card of him in the Marshall Uniform and finally found it a couple of years ago on ebay. That's the only one I have, card or autograph

I have a ton af autographs. Fact is, autographs appreciate at a better rate than the stock market if you get the right ones. And, once the person dies they can only go UP! I have a Godfather movie poster sighned by the cast! Big $!!

I also, have a softball signed by the 2008 women's Olympic Team. This is a good one because this will be the last time for softball at the Olympics and if they win gold all the better!

Autographs for me are investments!

I could care less about famous people. I lived in Hollywood for years and knew many famous people so it's not about them just what they are worth!

I got Martha Quinn's autograph in 1985 ( i was 14). that was soooo cool at the time. i was in awe of her celebrity at the time.

(2008-1985) + 14 = you're still a youngster

I could care less if they're worth money. It's a subtle reminder of the time when I met these people -- people that I've looked up to.

And no, just b/c your on tv doesnt mean I give a shit about you.........

I had Jeff Smith autograph and do a couple personal sketches on some first prints at the Chicago Comicon some years ago.

I might have a Griffey autograph somewhere, but I didn't get it from him personally.

*Drool* @ Mays and Aaron autographs.

LOL that reminds me of when my aunt and uncle took my brother and I to a Mariners game. It was autograph day and it was during the time that Griffey broke his wrist, but we figured he'd still be there and my brother (who idolized Griffey) could still get his autograph.

It turns out, Griff was at Disney land doing some sort of charitable work with kids who have cancer or something and my brother was devastated (he was like, 8 yrs old). He ended up getting some autographs, not the coveted Griffey autograph, but he did get one from their shortstop back then.....I forget what his name was.........oh yeah, they called him Arod.........

I collect game used jerseys that I get autographed. Manning, Brady, Moss, tons of hockey jerseys and a Sidney Crosby game used Rimouski jersey when his Junior A team played here.

Tons of autographed hockey, baseball and football cards
