Do you guys find cardio harder when on?

in 7th week just switched from enth 600mg week--to prop 100mg EOD and var 50mg ED and my usual treadmill work of 1 hour-- 15 degree incline at 3.8 mph every morn on empty stomach is becoming harder and harder-im getting more winded and my shins are starting to pump up
 
Hell yes….. I participate in 5 Martial Arts classes per week… I have to push hard and hide how hard it is for me as my daughters train also. I can’t hide the fact that I totally drench my gi though!!!

My sensei kicks are ass in class. He is a big proponent of conditioning. We train for full contact not point fighting. Many point fighting schools would be hard pressed to give you any kind of cardio workout, not the case for our school!

Does it work…. Hell yes. I am 5’11”, 211lb 5.8% bf.

yep - i get pumps in my shins on the treadmill... not sure which AAS caused it - most likely it was the test for me, maybe all the other stuff too.

increase RBC count--increase pumps---therefore shin pumps and overall increased stress-
 
Same here, the pumps get insane--I have a hell of a time staying on a treadmill. Normal AA use for me is Test and Deca. Each of which = major pumps.
 
dont do much cardio while on, maybe twice per week, but stay very lean with a clean diet, well that and a shitload of Tren
