Do You Get More Sore Off Cycle than On?

I have been off now for about 4 weeks now. I have lost a little strength but not much. Size has gone down a little but not much either. But man I still lift as heavy as I can but now I am sore even after doing arms. My bi's haven't hurt like this in so long it is freaking me out(worked them Tues night).

Does juice help you from getting as sore? What about ya'll? What causes this? I mean my chest is still hurting from Monday. Can't wait to get back on btw July is not too long away.

That is very typical, you no longer have the ability to hyper recuperate, hence you have to decrease you training frequency but keep the intensity high when you get off the gear or you will slip in the catabolic state and all your gains will go bye bye

So Serge,

Your saying I should keep going as heavy as I can but with less frequency(as in time between hitting the same muscle group again)?

Yeah Serge is correct , but also increase your protein intake, this wiill provide more nitrogen for your muscles, if U can get some clenbuterol, this is highly anti-catabolic and will preserve your gains more efficiently and also give you a mental edge in the gym....

be cool:cool:

lower your overall set volume some and eliminate stuff like forced reps. still train very heavy though.

Last time I was off I followed a powerlifting program, and did not overtrain at all...actually got stronger.
