We get performance reviews every 6 months. I really like them because our entire department gets better and more efficient because of them. I get a raise and a bonus every spring.
I have official ones every year, but I have unofficial reviews every four months to help me chart my course through the year. I find it easier to set quarterly targets and make progress to them rather then set yearly ones.
What is the average raise you guys get with the reviews. Is 3% MAX too little or is that normal? I'm thinking the former, but I can't see getting 5 and 10% every year or your pay will be sky high in no time. A!

Average? 3% (or the cost of living increase) sounds about right. But, I've always worked up to asking for a significant increase (10%) or a promotion every 3 years.
