Do you ever...

just get to the end of your last day off (weekend or holiday) and think,

Do ya?

Wel if I woke up next to you everyday, I'd surely think that!!! lol

I wish I could find a law firm that would hire me... then I could bitch about not having days off... now, I just sit around wide awake until 4am... and get up at 11am.... fun... boring... stuff..

Thats one reason why I like my job. Sure I work weekends, but I hate working the 8-5 mon--friday deal.

I don't hate mondays---its great. Some weeks I have 3-4 days off--then sometimes I work 10 days straight, but I love it that way.

Plus, the earliest I have to go in is 10:30---but I usually work nights, so I always get to sleep in----can't beat that

I am not a morning person! When I was going to school, I took mostly night classes, but I did have one saturday morning at 9am.

Plus, i'm hardly ever rushed at the gym! Its pretty cool :)

hmmm. i'm assuming you went into a career for the money rather than for what you enjoy doing (i've seen you complain about hating your job before). that sucks. but i'm assuming you are relatively young, and if things get too ugly you can change paths at some time.

Hmm, not so much.

If it were for money I would have gone into finance or at the very least stuck it out and got the masters in Architecture.

There's a huge misconception that I spend my day picking out furniture, fabric, accessories, art and/or antiques and while that's not say I don't do all of those things. Simply, I spend MOST of my time, billing, sending out contracts, organizing contractor subs, setting up deliverys (while praying I have the right key & alarm code), blah, blah, blah, meanwhile I have drawings waiting to drawn..

Yano?

Velvett - vote for me and I will make every weekend a mandatory 3 dayer...

BTW - any future pics coming?? Yum, yum!!

Velvett, what do you actually do? and yes.. I wish I had that extra day always... I should talk my current employer into letting me work at least one day from home a week.. there is no reason for me to be here ever.. They like to baby sit, funny thing is, I work twice as much as my boss, so they are never here to baby sit me when I work my 12 hour days... fuckin pricks. I got something cooking, and the virgin may be moving to orlando soon?

I hate the "Sunday Blues". The whole world seems to be hanging in some sort of suspended animation and you know you gotta get up and go to work the next day. But now my only real time off is Sunday, and I sleep half of it away because I bounce Saturday night, so I try to enjoy it.
