Go Italian!!!

Well i have to cause the GF has this abnormally large Italian family, but it sure beats the same old turkey/ham day i guess

Anything somebody else cooked. Tell whatsherface I had some boudin in Texas...that's good stuff.

Given that I don't celebrate easter (or any other holidays), I'm probably not gonna be much help.

(I wonder if anyone would catch the irony of serving up rabbit fricasee? ;) )

we usually grill burgers and hotdogs on a grill and everyone brings the stuff that goes with it....potato salad, chips all that healthy stuff

Mämmi is undoubtedly the most unusual and unique of the traditional Easter dishes in Finland. It is a deep-brown, almost black-coloured porridge-like dish with a thick, velvety-smooth consistency.

Mämmi is made with a mixture of water, rye flour and powdered rye malt, seasoned with dark molasses, salt and dried, powdered Seville orange peel. The mixture goes through a slow, natural sweetening process and is finally baked in oven until set. These preparations take many hours, and after baking mämmi has yet to be stored in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days before being ready to eat.
