Frackal said:I dont go to nightclubs really, but if I'm on a date and I'm using the bathroom, I'll use the bar or the sink to do a couple deep dip reps to stretch a bit and kind of get a pump...I dont know about you guys but after training upper body I like to stretch a bit (light stretch) throughout the rest of the day.
