If you're not interested in keeping any of the hard earned gains.....then PCT is a waste of time. I see these fellas at the gym. They're big as hell for a few months. Then a few months later back to the same size. They juice again, shrink again, juice again, shrink again, ect.......and after a number of years they don't look any different than when they started. Always follow Jenetic's protocol....seems to work better than any other method for me.
