ive done enant, fina, and deca in the glutes and quads without ever having any real soreness (more than usual). never tried delts with those compounds. quads were definitely my # 1 choice. then tried winny. glutes fine. tried delts and thats def. my fav now w/ winny. tried my quads 4 diff. times w/ winny and could barely walk for about 5 days each time after. dont go there anymore, just alternate glutes and delts.
