Do those OTC growth hormone supps work?

There are some of them from several years ago in the market with reviews and studies...do they work? or can they have a positive effect while on a steroid cycle?

I ordered Great American Products Ultimate HGH from a late night informercial. About three months after I receive a letter from the SEC stating that the company had unproven and unsubstantiated claims of their products. They were shut down and I had to fill out a form to get a refund.

There are so many on the market now. I used for a long time (360 packets am/pm) the hGH Promino Plus by ISS Research. I wanted to give it a fair shot and took it for 3 months.

I won't bash all the GH OTC products because I don't have expereinece with others, but I can say the hGH Promino Plus didn't seem to do much at all. I would say it probably had a very small effect on my bodyfat%, but not discernable to the naked eye. They are pretty expensive for OTC products, just doesn't seem worth it bro.
